I led the end-to-end UX design of key eCommerce flows for pro contractor users, including the "Buy It Again" (BIA) experience, Empty Cart, Filled Cart, and Add to Quote journeys. This included designing and optimizing landing pages with populated product carousels, sort/filter functionality, and intuitive list-creation workflows, all aimed at enabling users to easily repurchase previously ordered items. I focused on data-driven design to streamline the reordering process for high-frequency users, improving both discoverability and usability. By enhancing the visual hierarchy and reducing friction in the purchase flow, I surfaced relevant product assortments and ultimately drove a 180% increase in order rate. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to continuously iterate based on user behavior and feedback.
